About Keresimesi
Keresimesi is the largest annual Christmas Carol Concert in Ogun State Nigeria. It is a city-wide carol service hosted by the Father’s House. This event has more than 5,000 people in attendance with dignitaries from different walks of life. With a stunning average growth of 13% per annum since the seventh edition, KERESIMESI has become an household name amongst people within Ogun State and beyond.
Meet the Convener
Revd. Wale Akinronbi is the convener of “KERESIMESI” – the largest annual Christmas Carol Concert in Ogun State Nigeria. He is an Author, Pastor, Motivator, Conference speaker and a seasoned Teacher of God’s Word in a practical way, Wale Akinronbi is a respected and sought-after minister in Nigeria. His books, ‘Living Beyond Time’ and ‘In The Grips Of Grace’ are bestselling. Wale Akinronbi is well known for his clear message of grace, hope and healing. His ability to adapt, transcend and relate with people of different status, background, age, race, and tribe without prejudice coupled with his unique approach to ministry has made him become a friend, confidant and father to many within and outside Nigeria.
Revd. Wale Akinronbi presides over the ministry of The Father’s House as the Senior Pastor from inception till date. He is happily married to Lare Akinronbi, and they are blessed with two children.

About the Father's House
The Father’s House (a.k.a Father’s Favorite Ministries) was founded by Revd. Adewale Olujimi Akinronbi. Father’s House was inaugurated on Sunday, January 16th 2005 at Odo-Eran, Obantoko, Abeokuta, Ogun State where the church and her office are still situated till date. Father’s House is a metropolitan church situated in Abeokuta, Ogun State Nigeria. The church is regarded as one of the fastest growing churches in the South – Western part of Nigeria, with influence spanning across the entire Nation. The Church is dedicated and committed to shaping destinies and adding fragrance to people’s lives.
In the space of over a decade, we have experienced growth in leaps and bounds. A ministry that started with a handful number of people has now grown numerically, spiritually, and in all other aspect, so much so, that from The Father’s House other ministries have been birthed and her seeds scattered all through the face of the earth doing significant things for God and His Kingdom. FAQ
1. Is the event free or who can attend?
The event is open and free to anyone who wants to attend. It is holding at the Muda Lawal Stadium by 5pm while pre-event kicks off at 4pm. There will be available seats for everyone who will be attending hence there will be no seat reservation. Keresimesi Event is an evening meeting between 4pm and 9pm.
2. How will I get to the venue?
From anywhere in Abeokuta, simply order a ride to Asero and inform the driver you will alight at Muda Lawal Stadium. Peradventure you are travelling to Abeokuta; on getting to the city gates, simply follow the same procedure above.
3. How about transportation to and from the venue?
- Free bus services will NOT be available at this years Keresimesi event. However, subsidised buses to different locations within the city will be made available to convey people after the event irrespective of the location or distance.
4. Will there be any restrictions?
Keresimesi is a family fiesta and we encourage everyone to attend but due to COVID-19, we encourage everyone to adhere to health and safety precautions as provided by the government and WHO. It is also advisable for senior citizens and children to connect via our online streaming platforms as childcare services will not be available.
5. Will the event be secured?
Maximum security is guaranteed by our multi-agency task force comprising of private and government security experts. Feel free to call the security team incase of any emergency or to report a suspected breach of peace on 08068068550. Kindly endeavour to come in light, stay within the event premises and move in the company of others.
6. Will there be parking space?
The venue has parking lots and we encourage everyone to come early as each vehicle will be checked in with appropriate security measures
7. How about incase of a health emergency?
There will be a medical team on standby to provide first aid treatments before patients are transported to the nearest hospital.
